Shamefully, I admit that other than the usual three hour tour of Instagram and other social media collaborates, no websites get my full attention every single day. To make up for my lack of diversity, I try to visit my favorite news worthy website, USA Today, as much as possible.
Due to a former media class, I subscribed to the news source and have loved it since. Whether I want to know the latest “intelligence” to come from the Donald Trump Campaign or hear Stephen Colbert’s on going television advancement, USA Today always provides the information
In fact my favorite thing about their articles is the they have their 5 Things You Need to Know Today section that allows me to have a quick run through politics and pop culture before class. They are also very accessible on all my forms of media – phone, computer, tablet, etc.
They are truly a website that keeps up with the news as well as the times.
I agree. Highlighting the top 5 things of the day, I find very helpful. In today’s society, we turn to social media for fast, short stimulation. Most news takes a commitment. Although all important and interesting, time is something we don’t have anymore. Having a top 5 things of the day allows us to get the most important news while not sacrificing too much time searching.
